Order & Shipping Information

Minimum Order

The minimum order value is $200 AUD.

Orders below the minimum order value cannot be processed.

Order Verification Required

Products displayed on our website may show as in stock, but stock levels can change quickly. A product may have already been ordered by another customer before your order is verified.

To prevent customers from making payments for products that may no longer be available, payment details are not displayed publicly on the website.

How to Place and Verify Your Order

After placing your order, do not make any payment until your order has been verified by our sales team.

Please contact our sales team through the Live Chat feature located in the bottom-right corner of your screen.

When contacting us, please provide your order number.

Our sales team will:

1. Locate your order using your order number.

2. Check the availability of the products in your order.

3. Confirm your order if all products are available.

4. Provide the appropriate payment details once your order has been verified.

Payment Time Limit

Once payment details have been provided, you will have 30 minutes to complete your payment.

We do not hold unpaid orders indefinitely. Products may be ordered by other customers while an order is waiting for payment, which can result in products becoming unavailable.

If payment is not received within the 30-minute payment period, your order may be cancelled and the products may be made available to other customers.

If a Product Becomes Out of Stock

If a product becomes unavailable before your payment is completed, your order may be cancelled or may require further confirmation from our sales team.

You will receive an update through email or Live Chat if there is an issue with your order. Where available, our team may also provide information about when the product is expected to be restocked.

Shipping & Additional Charges

There is no shipping fee for orders that meet our minimum order requirement.

No additional or unexpected charges will be requested from customers.

If you receive any payment request that does not match the payment details provided by our sales team, please contact us through Live Chat before making any payment.

Please Read Our Policies

Before placing an order, we strongly encourage all customers to read our website policies carefully.

Please review our Terms & Conditions, Refund & Returns Policy, Privacy Policy, and other relevant policy pages so you understand our ordering, payment, shipping, cancellation, and return procedures.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to review our policies.

Important Payment Notice

Please do not make any payment until your order has been verified by our sales team and official payment details have been provided to you.

Once payment details have been provided, please complete your payment within 30 minutes to avoid possible cancellation.

To verify your order or speak with our sales team, use the Live Chat in the bottom-right corner of your screen and provide your order number.
